Question: I bought him toy to over but it doesn't help. It happens in late evening. He sometimes (evening) exposed his beak and move with his tongue making strange sound, like something is in his throat.
Answer: Possibilities:
1. He needs more regard and socialization.

3. His diet is not well balanced.
