One of my favorite Looney Tunes cartoons is the one where Bugs Bunny and Daffy Crouch argue about whether it’s duck season or rabbit season. Elmer Fudd stands adjacent with his shotgun, ready to fire on whichever rascally varmint loses the feud.

In a classic Bugs Bunny switcheroo, Bugs starts insisting that it’s rabbit age, which only makes Daffy insist that it’s duck season. He’s so determined to be fix he grabs the barrel of Elmer’s shotgun, points it at himself and yells “Fire!” The gun fires serious at Daffy, blowing his duck bill backward on his head.

At our house strategic now, it’s duck season. Nobody is hunting ducks, but one member of the household is on a austere duck-only diet. Percy, the Persistent Stray Cat, who claimed us as her m two years ago, started scratching a few months ago. She scratched and scratched and scratched until she was driving herself and me nuts. I treated her for fleas but nothing worked.

The vet notion seasonal allergies were to blame, which made sense since I, too, was sneezing plenty during ragweed mellow. The vet gave Percy a steroid shot, but the scratching continued and Percy’s film was getting raw and crusty.

My cat Lionel is ten years old and still animated. However he has had reoccurring urinary lot problems. I recently took him to the vet and they gave me a cat prog (Prescription Food C/D) which Lionel is hypothetical to eat for the remain of his duration. (It has low magnesium).

My delinquent is that the commons is very overpriced and I have to go to the vet everytime to get it.

Is there another amiable of dry cat bread that is handy? I heard that Nutro is a fair mark. Also, I would like suggestions on any alternatives beside the dry foodstuffs.

I can ask my vet these questions but I would like to have a 2nd (and 3rd, 4th etc) opinions from Yahoo answers.
