“A $10 raffle ticket is enough to buy a week’s come up with of food for a feral cat feeding station or a microchip for a feral TNR-M cat or for a saving cat/kitten to be adopted,” she said, adding that a $50 largesse for eight tickets would pay for a spay/neuter to control overpopulation.
