Question: My dog keeps getting ticks 0-0 I bought her a flea/tick collar and it isn't working AT ALL, I took her to the groomer they gave her a dip, and the ticks were gone, BUT she got an allergic reciprocation to that certain dip, so I can't take her to the groomers for the tick problem.... Answer: flea and tick collars are crap. A dip will only put an end to what is on the dog, not what gets on them afterward. We use Frontline on our dogs and do not have a flea/tick hornet's nest. You put it on their back once a month. You also need to treat the yard and the house.
