Dog playpen broke my dogs leg and the company won't pay for surgery. Can I sue?

Question: I bought a stock for my two puppies made by products for pet loyalty not even a week ago. On the morning of 11, he got his leg stuck between two bars, where one of the bars is now in open battle and it now has a double fracture to his right leg above his wrist.

Answer: Sue for what? You must confirm that your dog's injuries occurred because of poor production and not because you did not borrow as you put it up correctly and that everything was secure. Good luck with that.

Answer: don't get a workable one! My chihuahuas would chew right thru it. They make something similar but made of metal, much gamester, may cost more but they last. They are called xpens. We use them a lot.
