Do you think this dog heating pad is good for a pup? (it goes up to 108F) Too hot?

I get a heating pad for a puppy, it is for dogs, but
I do not know if the puppy can you shocked by it, if the puppy pees on it, or bites of the spinal

12 volts.

Answer: Yes, 108 degrees F is too hot for a puppy. Yes, a puppy may chew the cord.

But more importantly, the puppies are old enough to be away from their mother and litter mates not advance any heating pad!
