How long before Revolution goes bad? And can you mix it for larger dogs?

Question: I have an old tube of the Revolution, and I was fussy how long this kind of thing? Also, if you can mix tubes thereof, for a large dog. As 2, 5-10 lbs packages, for a 20-yard dog. Any help is appreciated.

Answer: There should be a termination date on the crimp end of the tube.

Yes - you can use 2 small tubes to form the difference.

The best thing to do is just take your dog to the vet and get an order together.

Can revolution for dogs be used on a large cat (18.8 lbs)?Vet wants to dbl the cat dose,seems wrong.?

Question: In, he suggested Frontline but changed to Revolution. The cat is a little over 18 lbs and in consumable health. Doubling the 15 lb dose seems like too much.

Answer: Never use dog medications on a cat. The mass of the animal has nothing to do with it. Cats are an entirely different being than dogs and are also much more sensitive to toxins.
